Can the products make my hair grow?

Our line of hair care products helps you with moisture and length retention.

Do I have to have natural hair in order to use your products?

Dr. Castor Cares promotes the health and maintenance of natural hair, however; our products are suitable and can be used for all hair types.

Are there any contraindications against Dr. Castor Cares products?

The only contraindication is an allergy to a particular plant. For examples ifs you are allergic to nuts like walnuts and peanuts. However, there are no other cases where natural oils cannot be used. Natural Oils are the best recommendation for babies sensitive skin.

Are the hair care products FDA approved?

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE FDA PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USE. The FDA only approves drugs that are intended to treat or cure. Therefore, Dr. Castor Cares products are not FDA approved.

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Can I be a wholesale buyer?

Yes. Wholesale buyers will have to place an order of 25 items or more to be considered for wholesale pricing. Please email drcastorcares@yahoo.com for further information.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Not at this moment.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5 full business days for processing time and 4-7 business days of shipping time to receive your order. In most cases you will receive your order in about 2 weeks or less from the time you order. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday your processing time starts the next business day. In some cases, bulk orders take additional time to prepare. Your order will through USPS. If you used a discount code from Youtube or social media, please expect longer wait times. This means a sale is going on at the moment. Please allow 3-4 additional business days for processing during launches. We process a lot of orders at those times. If you received a confirmation email, please do not worry. We have received your order and working our hardest to deliver your order!

What is your policy regarding damaged items?

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving the package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 7 days.

What is your policy regarding missing items?

Customer have five days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after five days will not be retrievable.

I made an error while ordering. Can this be fixed?

Yes, we can update your order if you made a mistake IF you email us before 3pm EST the same day you placed the order. This is not a guarantee until we confirm your changes with you. Please keep in mind all sales are final so we will not be able to refund any of your items (unless you placed a duplicate order).

Do you have special pricing for bulk orders and wholesale?

Yes! We can definitely accommodate your bulk order which will reflect our wholesale pricing. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you order. Orders of 25 items or more are considered wholesale. We developed this formula to help wholesale buyers get started without having to make a huge investment up front. We only offer wholesale pricing for Dr. Castor Cares Essential Hair Oils. I changed my mind, how can I receive a refund for my order?

We’re sorry, at this time we do not accept any exchanges or refunds. In each product description, we state that all sales are final so that you’re aware of our policy. Refusing a package you have ordered and paid for will result in forfeiting your order. It will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges. If arrangements are not made within 7 business days, your package will go unclaimed. You will not be issued a refund. We are working hard on having more options available to you in the future. If you received the wrong item or if there was a packing mistake done on our part we are more than happy to fix your order. Please email us at drcastorcares@yahoo.com.
